William Jeffcoat is the General Director of MAPS Global Network. The international ministry operates under the auspices of Emmanuel Baptist Temple in Hagerstown, Maryland.

William and his wife Samantha have two beautiful daughters, Elizabeth and Rachel.
Our Ministry:
Labors in the US include special meetings and conferences in local churches, teaching in Bible colleges, and mobilizing projects for international endeavors. Samantha has enjoyed many opportunities as a ladies’ speaker both in the US and abroad. Our efforts within the “10-40 Window” are undisclosed due to security and safety concerns.
A Brief Bio:
Dr. Jeffcoat pursued his formal training at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida (class of ’87), as well as several other colleges through which he supplemented his early studies.
He has pastored two churches including Grace Baptist Church in Hampton, SC and Capitol Baptist Church in Dover, Delaware. Besides his present international efforts, he spent more than 10 years in evangelism.
In the US, He has served on the faculties of the Trinity Baptist College (1988 only) and the Northeast Baptist School of Theology.
